TB-500 is a synthetic version of a naturally occurring peptide called thymosin beta-4. It has been shown to have number of benefits for human health and is increasingly being used as a therapeutic agent as it:

BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide that is derived from a protein called body protection compound. It is a naturally occurring peptide found in the gastric juice of human beings, but it can also be synthesized in a laboratory. BPC-157 has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties, making it a potential treatment for various injuries and conditions.
BPC-157 has also been suggested to stimulate cell growth. When applied to areas such as the joint tendons, this could lead to not only the tendon healing but total regeneration over time and also a reduction in joint pain and inflammation
In addition to the benefits it appears to deliver in terms of joint health, it appears to aid healing in other areas of the body. A reduction in inflammatory intestinal markers after BPC-157 usage was linked to an improvement in conditions such as fistulas and short bowel syndrome (Grgic et al. 2016). One study even demonstrated that BPC-157 may help ameliorate damage caused by Parkinson’s Disease (Sikiric et al. 1999) while a second study showed a reduction in brain damage caused by multiple sclerosis (Klicek et al. 2013)

BPC-157 and TB-500 are often used together to promote healing and recovery from injuries because they have complementary effects. DOSAGE – To be administered on an empty stomach at least 3 hours after food and once administered no food to be consumed for further 3 hours. Ideally taken 3 hours after dinner and before bed time.
A dose of 3mcg per kg is to be administered. Example, for an individual that weighs 100kg administer 300mcg or 0.3mg once per day for 2-4 weeks.
After that, stop the treatment for 2 weeks, and then restart as needed.
Although both BPC-157 and TB-500 are considered safe for use below are side effects that certain individuals may experience.
* Flashes of very hot or cold temperature
* Changes to appetite and/or weight
